The Tri-Valley Career Center (TVCC) offers comprehensive employment resources, serving both job seekers and regional businesses throughout Alameda County and the greater Bay Area. Our mission is to empower job seekers, businesses, and communities to thrive. As an employer in the region, you can rely on TVCC as a trusted partner in meeting your workforce development needs. We are committed to supporting your success by connecting you with qualified candidates, assisting with recruitment and training, providing local labor market research insights, and hosting job fairs and hiring events.

We work collaboratively with you and your human resources team to identify the most effective strategies for connecting you with talent. Whether through candidate referrals, customized hiring events, or innovative training programs, we create meaningful opportunities to connect you with the right workforce.

As part of the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD) and its Economic Development Department, we provide access to a wide range of resources for both employers and employees. Some of these opportunities include OSHA training for you and your employees, apprenticeship programs, customized trainings, and career technical education programs offered through the colleges.

In partnership with the Alameda County Workforce Development Board, we support businesses by developing workforce solutions including layoff aversion, incumbent worker training, and customized training programs tailored to your needs.
